Stadley Rough Road

The existing house on this property was beyond salvaging after years of being vacant and neglected. It had to be completely demolished down to foundation walls.

The project consisted of designing a new home of approximately 3,000 SF for a growing family including an office space and open 1st floor plan with living and kitchen areas. The 2nd floor accommodates 2 bedrooms, a hallway bathroom, laundry room and a master suite. The finished basement, with an independent entrance from outside, was designed to potentially be used as an ‘in-law suite’ or a rental apartment.

We were able to accomplish all of this building on top of the existing concrete block foundation with minor repairs only.

The house also gained a new, spacious backyard patio with a covered custom built barbecue area.
